im confused, can someone explain please

The drama isn't between the scanlation groups, its the fact somebody ripped their scans and uploaded it.
The scanlation groups had an understanding, one uploaded there's to reading websites like this one and the other one kept their scans on their Tumblr page. Unfortunately somebody ripped the scans and made the group that wanted to upload on reading websites feel like they were wasting their time so isn't going to do it anymore.
There was an updated chapter 13 that included the drama CD interview but it's not up anymore. I don't know why.
