We can't upload by ourselves, we have to ask admins.
- Go to the manga page with the same mangaka.
- Click at the flag on the left screen edge to contact admin or leave message.

hey guys well i just finished reading before realising no one translating so i will give it a shot just on ch 14 the now however can some 1 tell me HOW TO UPLOAD will try at least 3 chapters a week i know there 191 on toonkor so ill give my best effort :)
