Well not a manhwa but still ...
My favorite female lead would be Yoshino from Raise wa tanin ga ii, I could gush over her all day she's such a badass. She knows how to stand up for herself and I love that side of her. She's being underestimated for being a woman and always being left in the dark but she proves again and again how wrong they are. She doesn't fall for the tricks of the male lead, which leads him to fall for her more - she couldn't totally just dump him but even if she doesn't she got him pretty much in the palm of her hands. (Tho I wouldn't mind her ending up with Shouma her kinda childhood friend, love their dynamics, like how they just trust and rely on each other (≧∀≦))
