I think shinwoo probably does not understand cheating or how retarded it is before giving in to his desires and pleasures.Teasoo is single and likes shinwoo so he is not in the total wrong but the kindness and innocence of sebin puts teasoo in wrong too. But personally i don't judge any of them because sebin's innocence is not shinwoo's fault, sebin knows shinwoo is cheating on him but still he wants him and shinwoo doesn't know what is good for his love sebin, again giving in to his desires. Also i feel shinwoo is innocent in his own way loving one but desiring another. Fair solution would be that shinwoo breaks up with sebin and sebin should snap out of it and let shinwoo go to teasoo. BUT PERSONALLY I WOULD LOVE A THREESOME RELATIONSHIP because unfair and forbidden doesn't matter against happiness.
