First time I was asked if I was married, I was 13 yo. It was about the same time I started getting 2 free drinks as welcome drinks at a restaurant (I drank the sweet drink and gave the strong one to my parents LOL) When I was 16, I walked around with my cousin and was asked if she was my daughter. You learn to smile and say you're not old enough for that and try to control your temper.
