I’m getting notifications about mangas that I shouldn’t have had in my reading list but now they’re all marked as if I have read them. Stories that I did look at but it’s been many years since I last did.
It's probably just part of the restoration process. Leave them as they are and see what happens when the whole process it completed. Only then is it advised to make huge changes if the lists haven't recovered.
