It's kinda complicated but there friends she definitely likes him but he wants to stay more as friends in the story tho they do pretend to be boyfriend and girlfriend I think
It would been nice if no romance is form and continue to focus on fighting/martial arts. But if romance to occur, hopefully the girl isn't weak or yk those typical story plot and she gets capture and the mc has to save her all the time. Still, the story is nice so far.
