If the story is good enough I’ll put up with it, but I do prefer my yaoi with nice, anatomically correct art. If it’s just the uke having a crazy bendy spine or the bodies looking unnaturally stiff and boxy it’s not a big deal, I usually look at the faces more anyway.

Um... Well its kinda gives a minus point for the manga/manhua/manhwa. When anatomically wrong, or "is that even possible for human to do that" is a turn off. But well i live for the plot and if the art is great then plus point.
For me if their anatomy is not compatible like shota x gigantic ass man IS A NO before talking ab the story, its already impossible. Preferably same type of body and not too far from each body type
