Charlotte is a good one because all the male leads eyeliner is on point. but its weird. i feel they try to make her a strong fl but in her own way she is a coward. she literally went off without a word to die, and then is shocked that her disciples went beserk trying to find out what happened to her. she is kind of a toxic ex who breaks up with you then low key stalks you but says youre the one who starts drama
LMAO i never thought about it like this (maybe because it's not my fav and i just read it to kill time).
But i think she genuinely wanted to start a new life and if she told them they wouldn't let her/live her alone or idk. Most of them is super old so i guess she thought they are mature enough for letting go without throwing a fit like they did.
Idk why but to me it feels like they love her but don't respect her( ̄∇ ̄")
The eyeliner thing tho...true ngl
honestly youre right! she did state that reasoning. and i do believe they did love her but didnt respect her. IDK, Dan's story is what got me. The scene where she helps him control his magic really made me sad. all his followers were like "we gotta run" or we will die. she knew deep down he didnt want to hurt anyone but didnt teach anyone how to help him if he gets to that state. i could only imagine if he would have accidentally hurt or killed one of his followers. Dan's story just made me feel squishy things. when he was searching for ANYONE who had the same color eyes and hair just so he could sleep broke my emotional damns.
Well, this is just purely the feeling I get so youre feel free to think differently, but a lot of Lady Baby felt like it was just Lippe getting doted on and everyone just repeating over and over "o Lippe is a genius" whatever, but from her thoughts and actions she just seems like a normal teen. Then when she starts to get a bit older the author likes to use this pattern where they throw in a purposely "bad" hateable character and then Lippe is used to deliver justice and then wooowww everyone is impressed and everyone loves her even more. And things like this seems to be how the author tries to show how shes smart? I think it's something about the way she does it and how its made to be so dramatic that it just sorta feels like a cheap setup to me. This is probably the root of why I feel Lippe is a teen, because the novel itself doesnt carry itself in a mature fashion.
I think Im just not sold on Lady Baby, the entire manga itself lol. In the Youngest Princess, Enisha shows her maturity through her thought process as well as her actions and it doesn't seem forced. She has like that refreshing touch of sarcasm in her thoughts and a wealth of knowledge and experience. She feels more real as a character to me.
I don't know why but I don't want her to tell them about her past self.
I have to say it. This is the first FL who I really feel she's reborn. I mean the others FL makes me feel they are real kids. There are FL I wonder why they are reborn in the first place because they are acting and thinking like a real kid. I'm happy our FL isn't like them.
