I think when he said he doesn't care, I saw some spoiler that the one he does not care for is for the grandchildrens .
And for the 3 babies :
I think 2 of them are twins (from the same egg cells), and one of them is from another egg cells (you do know real life person have 2 ovaries right :))) ). That'a why they said it is blood related (siblings) owo9
