I think 2 of them are twins (from the same egg cells), and one of them is from another egg cells (you do know real life person have 2 ovaries right :))) ). That'a why they said it is blood related (siblings) owo9
My opinion maybe 2 of them were same species(maybe vampire-wolf hybrid?), and one or them maybe pure wolf (well genetically it is possible I think)
