What happen to up vote system. Why can't we like comments anymore?

You can like comments, the likes are just not visible. You will be able to see how much upvotes a comment has once you upvote or downvote it.

i don't - no numbers show up after i vote.
sometimes the pop up even says "you already voted" even tho it's the first time i came across the comment i voted on.
