The blue haired guys parents call him and scold him about his grades. He lashes out at his classmates. Then he says the brown haired guy is only his friend out of pity/for monetary benefits (because the adults around them have pushed them together for grades and status). The brown haired guy replies that it doesn’t matter either way, because they probably never would’ve become friends without outside interference.
Basically the blue haired guy is very insecure about their relationship, especially since he has romantic feelings and he thinks the brown haired guy is only tolerating him/using him.
