so gillian's husband is a general and left his solder training academy to her. But gillain is a woman and he doesn't know a thing about war and swords. The academy is a prestigious one and who ever owns it will be regarded highly in society and it's profitable. So it not that hard why everyone knows it. The count will do shady things to get it like kidnap gillain just to obtain it. Our duke wants the academy because he want women to be enrolled. but it's not clear why the count wants it. probably to gain power and do bad stuff. Women in this country aren't allowed to read. And the green haired lady who gave the knowledge was executed so ebony is also getting her revenge on the ppl who killed her
