Yes, I tend to agree with you.. I wish, if nothing else, the distinction would be made to all the servants, that he is low born, but not a servant of the household.. He is not one of them, he is not seeking favor over them to lessen his workload. That's the 'least', but I really want that jealous servant to get some serious retribution, but I think he will, I just have to wait.
I figured that too when he gave him his spread and also before when he spent money on the medications and clothes. He was fond of him, possessive, but now he wants him to be comfortable with him. He seems to want Nakyum to want to be with him. Because before he was threatening to cut him if he even looked like leaving but now he’s not too fond of Nakyum saying he isn’t allowed to go anywhere without him as if it’s not his choice.

There are already a lot of people's theories about this, but I just decided to share my opinion since I'm pretty confused about this situation. The things that I mention here are things that other people have already mentioned so this may not be special. This is just my opinion that I've built form my thoughts and from what other people have said :))))
I do think that Nakyum believes that he is a prostitute, what convinced me was on chapter 87 page 7, Nakyum states "everything he says is correct..." then the quote is cut off to a picture of Nakuym (being in an erotic state? I don't know how to explain it lol) kinda confirming that the picture is meant to represent the ending of the sentence: "I am a prostitute". I don't think that Nakuym has ever had his own "words" because it's just always In Hun telling Nakyum to do these things and Nakyum just listens and follows, because he believes that all the things that In Hun says is right. You can tell that In Hun's words affected him so much by how hard he cried in chapter 87 page 7, the person that he respects and trusts the most just called him a worthless prostitute, and NaKyum believes that.
Alright now that we have that in mind let's switch to Seungho. On chapter 87 page 8, Seungho asks NaKyum "what are you apologizing for?" Nakyum doesn't answer his question but instead says "it's clear why you keep me around... Yet I've caused you pain in the act. I'm sorry for doing so" NaKyum doesn't give Seungho a straight answer and the reason why Seungho is having sex with Nakyum in chapter 87 is most likely because he just wants Nakyum to be honest with him, it is confirmed on page 26 he says "How many times have I asked you this very question I have lost count" the question he is referring to is why NaKyum is being so submissive all of a sudden. Seungho is most likely so tired of asking Nakyum the same question But just ends up not getting an answer, so he decides to do it the Seungho way force it out of him. Seungho probably knows why NaKyum is being like this, but just wants NaKyum to be honest.
I do also think that there is character development going on in Seungho. Seungho is probably slowly developing feelings for NaKyum and is confused about it, there's probably going to be a day when he doesn't want anyone to think of NaKyum as a prostitute but as his lover. I don't think he has shown any kindness for his sex friends since that's all that they are, sex friends. But why treat NaKyum, a lowborn that is so different? There is a point where Seungho shows vulnerability to Nakyum in chapter 87 where he caresses his face, but then he quickly turned back into the old Seungho. I do feel like Seungho just wants to show Nakyum kindness, but just thinks that he has to show his cold side since this is something he is known for.
There are other things that I wanted to include but it would just be too long lol.
