I know shes innocent but if you read the novel you will hate her cause the black guy will tell jeannette that "claude" is the reason why her father die and i forgot the other but jeannette want to kill claude and athy and jeannette almost throw a cup of tea to athy i just see a comment say a spoiler so yeah

I think Jeanette is sweet and innocent. She obviously doesnt mean any harm and shes just a child, literally everyone else is an adult. I dont get why y'all hating on her.
