Haaaa... A quick break from ch40

Heterosexual preference and gender roles, the two devils that make it even more difficult for intersex people to chose a sex hormone for their health. It's irrititating and so damn oppressing to read this when I know that it's because they're also denying homosexuals, that's why Haru can't be true to his own choice to have a male body while also loving Ibuki. UGGGHHHHH. Then also with Kuma, the gender roles abd expectations of being a man weighed on him. Like... I.S is a dna abnormality or so what Im learning here. And if the body needs a specific dominant hormone for its well-being, why should the sexual preference or gender expression be compromised? And haru keeps shutting ibuki out of the conversation!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not even that far (ch.15) yet this neglect of exploring sexuality is frustrating me as well. Haru's case could've been uncomplicated if he wasn't pretending to be a women bc he likes a man, this only insinuates only a woman can get with a man, heteronormative.

that's true! it's heteronormative that makes this Intersex discourse unnecessary complicated and oppressive.
