Actually there’s a way. There are some stories like that. From the explanation in the beginning it says that the female alphas have some kind of enlarged clitoris, so it’s possible. I haven’t read a story of female alpha x male omega, only male x male, but in one of those stories, their parents were a female alpha and male omega, and the omega was the one who gave birth.
