i believe he was torture but i dont think he was raped in manga during his flashback he was forced to drink/eat by putting a funnel in his mouth then pouring the food same thing they do to the other children held captive

Yup, I agree with anon.. if we stick to the manga, I guess. In the anime, there were questionable scenes wherein it was implied that Ciel's body was no longer clean.. So speculations about whether he was raped arose. Hon, he wasn't killed, btw. :) Ooh, if you haven't yet, I recommend you catch up. Everything's so exciting now!
I think he wasn't raped, just molested. In the 2nd season, Claude did mention that Ciel is pure while Alois isn't. Considering that Claude says Ciel is pure and the Angel says he is unclean, these made me believe that he was only molested by those noblemen.ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~
Maybe when the angel says Ciel is unclean he can mean the SOUL is unclean, not the body.
I mean, Ciel has a deal with Sebastian, a demon. So, his soul is no longer pure. Angels and demons usually care about the souls and not only the bodies.
So, it may mean that Ciel was only tortured like the other chldren. And that he wasn't raped NOR molested!
Manga wise he wasn't raped but he was severely mistreated and was going to be sacrificed. Most likely he's unclean because he's killed. He had Sebby kill a bunch of kids that had their minds and wills broken and he's had him kill for other things too. He's also sold his soul for the power to command Sebby and selling your soul is a dark power/evil which would stain him too. One of my favorite non-yaoi manga. = )
Well, it just my opinion though. Because Baron Kelvin is totally a creeper. Also that occultist did mention giving Ciel some "extra love" during his captivity.
We really can't believe anything that was said or done in the second season of Kuroshitsuji since it wasn't canon.
In the Manga kuroshitsuji did ciel just got tortured and kill or was he raped 2? It been so long that I don't remember, pls let me know in detail.
