Actually I have rarely come across a story like this where the second lead DOESN'T get someone later on, but in a spinoff manga. What's more, usually those second couple spinoffs always somehow end up being people's favorite and even get more volumes made but the MAIN couple doesn't, I really HATE that tbh. what gets to me is that most of the time people disregard the main couple because one them didn't reciprocate the second lead's feelings so they side with the second couple more as if not feeling the same automatically devaluates that character/couple. This story felt so different in that aspect to me because both the seme and the uke were very emotionally mature people. the seme even wanted to be friends with the 2NDL Which, if u read enough yaoi u know, THAT NEVER HAPPENS.

I LOVE THE MAIN COUPLE BUT WOULD ALSO WANT THE 2ND ML TO HAVE A BETTER LIFE. AND EVERYONE'S OPINION DIFFER SO IF U DON'T AGREE WITH MINE IDC JUST GO WRITE YOUR SEPARATE ONE. I CRIED THAT'S WHY I WANTED TO CONVEY MY FEELINGS . PEOPLE LIKE U WHO ALWAYS DISAGREE OR WANT TO CREATE CHAOS LIKE THIS BECOMES THE REASON WHY I DON'T COMMENT AND STATE MY OPINION UGH! And no hate just wanted to relay my feelings :).

I wasn't trying to "create chaos" or anything nor was I trying to disregard you're opinion, saying that it was "wrong" or attacking you ┑(￣Д ￣)┍ you were pointing out a common trope that gets to you and I thought I could rant too because I've never had the chance to express it to someone else before, I thought we were just complaining together (￣∇￣")
I think maybe you think I don't feel like the 2nd lead deserves love or that I want him to be miserable or something, I do love it when to they get someone too cause they usually deserve it; what I meant is that the second couples for some reason always seem to get all the attention which leads to more material about them and none for the main and its sucks cause u generally want their story to continue too or how for some reason people hate characters when they don't reciprocate the romantic feelings and that really gets to me because I've experienced hostility from people in my real life when I rejected someone who liked me that they were friends with, as if returning those feelings is my obligation or that im a bad guy for not liking someone so "nice" I used to not care about that when I read manga and now that it's happened to me it's impossible not to relate ugh（￣へ￣）

Why dies every second main lead end up like that ok i get it the main leads got a happy ending but like wasn't he in love with him for 3 yrs but Gino is like i wanna be friends and all and even though he accepted and is happy inside how hurt would hr be but that was his role :). No hate to the story but give the 2nd male lead someone he could rely on thankyou :).
