What part about it? DID is the thing the main character has, alters are his other personalities/people in his head. I don't understand what part you don't understand :p
I really the story but like, I know how DID works cause before I found this manga I liked researching random things and I have Youtubers I like with DID, and I know alters can merge or leave........ but I don't know if someone with DID can just be without alters all of a sudden within weeks at that!!!
