i think it was a short story where the mc was a teenager who went to an amusement parj, and the other mc was a kid who also went there. he brought the mc around the amusement park and hid him when all his friends were chasing after him, at the end of the day the kid went to the bathroom or smth and when he went back to where he left the other mc, the other mc had to go but he wrote his emai/number on a balloon but the balloon flew away. then they met when they were older again
