no, I think Lou is the one that said Asher (Lou's look-alike) killed Kile. I had to go back. Also, yes!!!! I think it's the placebo effect with the whole stabilizing thing, talk about emotional and mental idk if it's abuse yet.... but at least manipulation. (⊙…⊙ )
Okey but, Lucien didnt LITERALLY KILL Ray. He drove him to an edge which means he (Lou) must've done something that had emotionally hurted Ray.
Hold my beer- so Lou is holding Kile hostage cus he liked Ray but killed him n now is regretting it like he said he’s using Kile as a replacement n making Kile dependent on Lou.The blond cop said Kile can control his own power without the touch of Lou.
