I think it is more like a taint, such as the one used to express the feeling of pollution and dirtiness in Ten Count.

On the latest raw chapter that was released, at the very last few pages one can see as drops of something begin to spread around the rest of the chapter? And on the last page it looks like the blood is spreading on the floor or something. What could this mean? :c An accident? Intentional wound? ( knowing Juuta's yandere mode maybe he did something??)
