Y'all are dumb. If the uke really and I mean REALLY didn't want tje do anything then the seme would have. Y'all dont understand the tsundere thing do you? The uke never really refused the advances and if we waited for "you are now allowed to..." or "I want you to..." we'd get no where. You guys love throwing around "consent this" and consent that but completely ignore context and other things like how the uke actually feels toward the matter. If the uke is fine then it's fine. If the uke is now afraid of the seme or feel bad then it's not fine. The pacing is good too. It's a short manga not the a manga series, y'all expect too much.

Calm down ._. I defo don’t think that anyone in the comment section is saying that Ryunosuke raped Sachi, cuz that’s defo not what happened. I do think that to an extent, Sachi did consent to everything that happened to him. HOWEVER! Until the end, Sachi never EXPLICITLY consented to anything, and just because someone doesn’t say “no” or object w extreme fervor, doesn’t mean they want it. So Ryunosuke was treading on a very thin line, which made peeps uncomfy. Not to mention, the “you can’t say no” bit was also disgusting, since it comes off as very threatening and manipulative. Also, I tend to find persistence quite endearing, but the way Ryunosuke was persistent was treading a little on the side of creepy. It made me think “if he wasn’t handsome, and/or if Sachi was a girl, would people find this creepy? Because I think they would”, and that’s not very endearing lol. But that’s just my take on it. Plz don’t be mean lol. At the end of the day, it’s just bl, and everyone is entitled to their opinion. Yourself included. It’s not a matter of right or wrong, just thoughts and feelings, you know?

Yeah, it's definitely dubcon at best, but it is certainly rape at worst. Does a d have to go into a hole to consider it rape? Not by many definitions. It was certainly sexual assault at parts of the story.

Really, the author just has no ability to write a coherent story, is the ultimate problem. Everything Maki accused Ryu of he was absolutely guilty of. It was uncomfortable reading Maki's accusations while thinking I was supposed to be sympathizing with Ryu's plight since he's the main character. Yikes.

When Sachi was getting attacked by the sexpervert and Ryu swoops in to valiantly save him, be basically uses the aphrodisiac for the same excuse as the sexpervert was intending to use it for, to sexually assault Sachi. "You gotta let it out" mmmmhmmm right, this is totally not a flimsy excuse for me to get hot and busy with a guy I've been slobbering over.

Also Sachi did repeatedly say no to Ryu when he kept asking him to go out with him, and Ryu kept hounding him so he finally tenuously consented to hanging out with him as a trial, and then Ryu basically forces the requirement of "acting like boyfriends" onto him, which can mean basically anything up to sex. Note: I also didn't really pay attention to if Sachi said no during any of the smut scenes because ukes tend to always say no even if they do clearly want it. His body language and resistance to dating Ryu implied to me he didn't want it IMO.

People don't like Ryu because he's just as bad as Maki says, and just as bad as the sex pervert. Sachi already told him he didn't want to date him, and that should be good enough, but it isn't. No does in fact mean no. I don't really find that Sachi's a tsundere so much as he didn't want to be in a relationship with Ryu, and then we ended up with basically a stockholm-syndrome plot. Ryu constantly proved over and over he was a bad, selfish person. Everyone likes Maki because he was the only one of the two behaving with any integrity and considering Sachi's feelings. I would've much rather read a story about Maki and the cute guy from the other school.

Wholeheartedly agree w 99% of ur points. However, I will say that, while, the way Ryunosuke “challenged” Sachi to do boyfriend like things was extremely creepy, Sachi did in fact explicitly consent to that. Also, it’s not like he signed a contract or anything, so I’m sure if he really really did not want to do something that Ryunosuke was putting him up to, he could have said no and been done with it. Whether or not Ryunosuke would have accepted no for an answer is a different story (but definitely still something to take into consideration), but I personally feel that if Sachi ever REALLY did have a problem w what was happening, he could’ve stopped it (ie, sic Maki on him). But besides that, I defo agree, particularly on the bits about Maki (love him TTwTT<3)

If you are going to call people dumb, you better back up your claims. The story and the pacing was not good. The way Ryunosuke is portrayed is not even on the fence of harrassing. Some of my favourite mangas feature dubcon (if not r*pe) but they still don't make feel as uncomfortable as Ryonosuke's actions did. As people in the previous covent have addressed Maki's existance made it all the worse. He was a foil character that only highlighted Ryonosuke's bad points. At the beginning the only thing separating the pervert who gives the aphrodisiac and Ryonosuke is that he's allegedly handsome.
