Comment it on legal site with due respect to the author, where he/she will notice it. Not in an illegal site while we are reading it free.
But that doesn't mean we can't point out the flaws in her works? If you like it i really don’t care, you’re entitled to your own opinion however the same way you praise this manga we’re allowed to dislike it and point out flaws that could’ve been better. We’re simply sharing our opinions as we are allowed too.

Are we only allowed to criticise content if the author can hear us? Half the time that's not going to happen. We don't critique content for the creator to hear, though that's a bonus. I can read something and say I don't like it regardless of who hears it. It doesn't invalidate my opinion.
