Its Aseph. His and Elzays are one right now, thats why the prince said the mark is strange. Later it will come appart and Aseph will get his own on his chest as well, but I do not know when. I only read spoilers about it. Also Zay was an originally a character in the "book", but gave her life to save Aseph as a child and thus was transported to Earth, then her longing for Aseph made her reenter her original world. Since they are destined and has a bond deep enough for Zay to reenter another dimension, it was pretty obvious that they are a crest marked pair.( the chapter where Zay speaks with God and has flashbacks, its explained there as well, but you have to read carefully to understand it fully.)
