At first I hated the Our ML BUT HEAR ME OUT
He was literally throwing a temper tantrum at the beggining. He was testing Inez and was desperate for her attention...he even admitts it. Its not like they were married or lovers. Sure it was an engagement and a promise between their families but if everyone around you is saying that it's normal to have lovers and look down on people who stay loyal, yet you are dedicated to "only fool around before marriage" it means He isn't a complete dirtbag. And the fact the idiot pinned so hard for Inez in all their life He didn't get married in any of them...he is a capital dumbass when it comes to being cunning, but he reads the room so well and he is the type of guy who even if he messed up you can't stay mad with cos he is genuine, emotionally available supportive, caring and loving to the point of his own demise. (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
It's also the fact that the engagement was one sided and this story is mostly from pov of Ines.
Carcel doesn't have memories of the past and so he literally is unable to judge or know Ines and her actions. To him, Ines could 100% be cheating on him because why else would she be cold to him when she chose him.
Carcel might have fked up in the beginning but it definitely wasn't random, Ines and Carcel are both flawed individual that improve and develop with chapters. And this is in no hate towards Ines, even I'd be willing to give up the world for her.
RIGHT I love the fact that they are both flawed, I love Carcel's family's reaction to Inez as well. They were so much warmer to her than her own family. And I love the way she develops her feelings for him. It's so human and realistic. It's not the love at first sight and unrealistic BS some webtoons and mangas pull. It's much more raw while still managing to crack me up occasionally

It was a romantic one in a medieval fantasy setting the part i remember is where the main couple got tgt already and a side couple was about to get married. But the husband side of the family was loud ignorant rude and disrespectful, using the husband and discarding him, then coming back crawling like pest to once again take advantage of him. He was recently given a title and thats why he could marry the noble girl he liked. Help me find it pls. I think the main character was the woman in the main couple and the woman in the side couple is her sister i think.

Found it it was the countess and her sisters story some parts were different from how I remembered but it was a nice story to read again. I love the FL and her half sister so much. They are adorable
