I hate Shoujo. The only 2 Shoujos I ever read are :

I am also not fond of weak girls in shoujo. They are very much annoying and make the story less interesting. Sigh. Just saying. Sorry if this counters anybody's POV on shoujo.

No.. We are the same.. I prefere girl that are strong and not a cry baby who was easily get bullied by others. A girl should not let others to protect themselve or waiting for a prince charming to come and save them. They should protect themselve because they are the heroine in their own story..

i like strong female lead like Ayuzawa Misaki from kaichou wa maid sama.

Strong female characters are indeed needed in shoujo mantas. The female characters are too stupid and week to be true in this century. They seem made up and that annoys us because we usually dislike such characters.
Saver is good coz it's heroine was strong. Similarly beauty pop, host club heroines had brain in their head.

Nope...you are not the only one. I also don't like stereotypical shoujo & josei. Specially, those weak, stupid, shameless, clumsy girls who are not good at anything!! I also don't like the fact, at how easily girls throw themselves at boys in some typical shoujos. Real life isn't that easy & simple. I mean c'mon!! I am a girl, i have had tons of girlfriends & seen their love affairs . But none of them, i repeat NONE of them are like that!! Makes me wonder, if girls in japan are in general like that.
However, i DO like shoujo's wiyth a weak typical girl if they show that girl changing for better, becoming strong, getting over the male lead and standing up on her own.

I never ended a shojo manga and eventually stopped reading shojo ,now I read shonen or yaoi

You kinda have to search for decent Shojo. Its out there but there's way more weak heroines. I actually really like Shojo when they get a decent heroine.

I agree but If it's second genre is comedy, you're just taking it too seriously. Things aren't meant to be realistic, they're just making things and cliches out to be ridiculous and funny.

These are a few shoujo I can think where the main female character isn't annoying to me... I normally stick to Yaoi though... but then I can find the same problem with the uke.
