I know right? But Ren is not exactly trustworthy right now. I mean what if he tries to play her as a pawn. She needs to demonstrate her capabilities, so he understands he can't just toy with her. She should also test him more.

I honestly think that she shouldn't be enemy's with the cousin. Since he hates that family and her goal is to watch them fall. Plus she is the brains and he is 1 of the best swordsman.
