actually, I never got the feeling that Sumi liked him. He was in love with Oomiya. I think anyone else was just sex. And he was devilish enough with tormenting his brother, that he wanted Toshi to switch his affections over. If he truly liked him, he would have tried harder at pursuing him.
I do feel bad for Sumi, once we found out what made him the way he is now. Why he had to leave home, and why he can't seem to settle down with a single lover. I do hope we get a sequel with Sumi finding happiness
I concur! I think he didn't truly love Toshi, I think the one he loved was Oomiya as well.
I agree, he didn't love Toshi, he was devastated when Toshi told him about Oomiya. Toshi was just sex, he thought he was a good guy is all.
I think Sumi was a very sad person. His lover dumps him and marries a woman, he gets gang raped, and everyone in town makes fun of him. And to top it all the guy he kinda likes uses him as substitute for his younger brother. I hope he finds happiness and acceptance, I like Sumi, after all. ╥﹏╥
