I really liked this... especially the straight-forward and bluntness of the characters that leave no room for misunderstandings, it was so refreshing and amazing, especially for a Manhwa... The only time I took issue was around the whole scheme about the grand proposal, like she left cause he showed her he loved her, but couldn't say it, than when he was able to say it (3 days later FYI), she didn't come back cause she "couldn't believe his words" and he needed to show her... Like I would've like it if they would've did it in their normal fashion without her doing all that scheming to force a confession so to say, and there was no understanding or attempt on her apart about why it was so hard for him to say the word "love" to someone... That part of the plot just left a bad taste in my mouth, especially when you realize their whole relationship at that point was only going on for about 2 months... With that being said I still giving it 5 stars, cause the characters were really lovable, and refreshing...

Absolutely I basically skipped past that part

Tbh I disagree. I found that part annoying and the author could've done it better but generally Adelaide acted correctly. She was being questioned as his lover bc of susan. She knew that people wouldn't take her serious and gossip. She didn't want to give the impression her guy doesn't love her so that other women approach him. She needed the grand confession not for her, she knew he loved her and she knew when he knew too (it was really important to realize his feelings as well!) but the public didnt. She had their love to sized up so massively to, to show off so that nobody would dare go inbetween them.

Also, their relationship started as a fake one so that only adds to her uncertainty

Exactly! Even though I didn't really like the idea, it was probably necessary for their future. It is so that they can live peacefully without having scandals and rumors going around doubting their relationship.

Everything happened pretty quickly when you think about it. Of course, it was logical and reasonable for people to doubt and create assumptions.

The story wasn't pretty heavy and quite light-hearted which is really refreshing. No need for stretched out drama and misunderstandings. ^^

True. It was one of my first shoujo isekais and it quite raised my bar. I like deep snd complicated plot as well but most of the tine it's just misunderstandings and never ending drama like you said so I'm really missing the romantic part in them. It's all unlikable guys.
