I Don't want to burst people's bubbles, but it could be anyone behind that account not the original creator. Anyone who lives in japan can pose as her in this unfamiliar website. How? Just add the authors name, and keep responding in Japanese, people are sure to fall for it. Like a lot of people just did. I am not trying to be harsh, just being realistic.
Their isn't any evidence that suggest otherwise...
Plus, why would she be on a site that shows her work without giving her any money. I really doubt that it was her.

Nope, that's not her. True, Samamiya Akaza-sensei understands English and she surfs the internet but Bloody Mary is currently keeping her in a tight schedule, she doesn't write like that in japanese (her japanese uses many expressions that are confusing to us, foreigners) and she actually replies in English if someone writes to her in English.
