In this world when omegas go into heat they have to take supplements to deal with it, and if not there are basically the same as a drunk person. It’s similar to how people can’t consent when they aren’t sober. Hye-sung didn’t want to do stuff with dojin, and so dojin was supposed to respect that and get Hye-sung supplements no matter what Hye-sung said while he was in heat.
