I just re-read thru chapter 14 to jog my memory. I also found this awesome summary that someone posted. I’ll copy and paste it here. It’ll bring you up to date as far as the point where they’re looking for the creator of the jewelry. Hope this helps:

So the MC was an orphan in her past life and was therefore left with her relatives, who thought that she was creepy because she could see and talk to the dead. Her family weren't the only one's who discriminated against her, even her classmates thought she was creepy, and that made her live a lonely life, where she died of possibly overwork. In her next life, she lived a more happy and peaceful childhood, but when her little sister was born her mother died, and before her mother died, she heard some ghost say that her mother will soon die, and that made her reveal her emotions in front of the ghosts, who realised that she could see them. She did not want them to know that she could see them, because sorcery is banned in her country, and she is afraid that if they know, she would accidentally reveal her power in front of the living, and she and her family could be executed. She later in the story found out from the dead, that some people are plotting to kill the Prince (whom she is later in the story trying to save), and that made her afraid, because that could have consequences for the country, and if something happens to the country, her sister can get hurt. To save her sister from getting hurt, she decides to save the Prince. She has only seen and met the Prince twice in her life, once when she was a kid and another time in a ball. She dresses up as an old woman, and gets some information from the ghosts on what she could say to the Prince to get his attention, and goes to the carriage the Prince is in and falls in front of it. She says some things to the prince's knight and the Prince gets out of the carriage, she talks to him and convinces the Prince that he need her daughter's (she is the daughter) help. She later dresses up as the daughter and goes to meet the Prince. She later with the help of the ghosts and her amazing investigation skills, discover that they aren't only plotting to kill the Prince with poison, but are also going to use an assassin. She learns how to wield a knife, with help of the Prince, and later fights and gets the assassin. After that they imprison the assassin and discover that the poison that was in the wine, that the Prince did not drink, is a poison that they did not know existed still because apparently, the poison killed some gods, with the help of that information, they now know that the culprit is someone high in society, because it is someone with information that only nobles know and that person also has a lot of wealth. When they interrogate the assassin, the MC tells him that if he helps them, she could help his kid to move on to the afterlife, he agrees, and the assassin, the MC, the Prince and his Knight departs to someplace that the assassin promised to meet a mysterious man. They go to a pub, where they see the assassin meet the mysterious man, who has connections to the person that wants the Prince dead, the mysterious man and the assassin go out of the pub, where the man kills the assassin, the MC and the Prince run out but they are too late, the assassin gives the MC a green ruby, that he says could help them, the MC makes the Prince leave and helps the son of the assassin go to the afterlife. They return to the castle, where the MC talks to a ghost about the ruby, and she then remembers that when she was a kid she talked to a ghost, who had a brooch with a green Ruby and the story of the brooch. She uses that information and tells the Prince, if she gives the green Ruby brooch to lady moudle at the salon as a gift from the Prince and tells the story about the brooch at the salon, they could get the attention of the nobles and a treasure-hunting competition among the nobles about who crafted it will prevail
