Im gonna be completely honest currently as of right now as much as leo is trying to push for them because they are the “male lead and female lead of the og story” both of them are too DENSE to even see it going the right way. Her father pretty much said ye i like (platonic) her becaue she is reliable and she happens to be conventionally attractive hes looking at Varia in a large spectrum of yeah shes pretty and useful. While Varia is currently too wrapped up on her end of keeping the plot together she does ALSO know that Phileo has been the brooding attractive duke that everyone loves since her previous life. She doesnt WANT to persue him right now cause its honestly pushing her position of the dukes kindness. She knows this. And yes she blushes whenever leo mentions them as a couple but realistically if theres someone attractive and your bestfriend starts shipping you and that person together you are gonna blush a little will it actually happen MAYBE thats what they are doing. I get it if we are reading an action manhwa (honestly sometimes people over there are too much too) but this is a fantasy manhwa… leo is going to have her own romance aspect later watch they are gonna complain about that too.

The fact that he later fell in love with our fl is like and added reason he's glad he did what he did ╮(￣▽￣)╭
