I don't think it's necessary to upload the "official" version when the names in it are changed. kind of understand that it's because the official translation is uploaded in a korean platform but can't they just retain the names??? it's a manhua after all
webtoon follows the localization from naver so names were changed. its common for localization to happen with manhua lying puppies is an example on tappytoon
