If you're cool with quirky, corny, over-the-top stories that require you to turn off your brain and just have fun--then yes, it's absolutely worth it. And it is most definitely a BL (albeit a bit slow-paced & subtle compared to your run-of-the-mill BL comics,) don't let the summary throw you off!
