I am sure the translation team made an error. He is in his 3rd year of Junior High, so he is currently 14 and would turn 15 in December. So he's about 1 year and 5 months younger than Ran-chan who just turned 15 to 16 in July as shown the recent chapters.
But yeah, being 14 and that sort of behavior shows he was exploited and abused very early on, it's really sad

Yeah between 61 and 62 there is something missing. Noe apparently asks why no one is calling the dhams by their names and apparently Dante storms out, but we don’t actually see it and then they put what was 61 as 62 part2 so what we thought was 61 actually comes later. So I think we are missing the real 61 or some piece is missing.
