They are in love with each other inthe 1st timeline too but because of circumstances and all that misunderstanding it turns to tragedy. Thankfully this 2nd chance they solve the main problem.
I love their relationship. Kagetora really understand kotone and vice versa. I cried in this amnesia arc even though kotone turning the crisis into bl trope but like kagetora said deep down kotone heart is breaking.

He will tie all the loose end. That chairman will die and it wasnt by jay's hand but he did scheme it. He did warn the chairman in chapter 91.
And his secretaries knew it. Thats why in the last panel of the last chapter the secretaries giving the looks to ogata. since the gigolo coming but ogata was busy with something else and not giving attention to raita. Hahaha. I just notice that raita was inviting ogata to watch the gigolo live sex show.

I knew Raita had a thing for ogata since he keeps eyeing him and putting himself in ogata's presence but that last panel kinda confused me. I heard a theory a lot time ago that Raita's watching people have sex for reference to persue ogata for when they inevitably get together, idk if this is true tho. （￣へ￣）
