There must have some sort of incident to Arch, and something about Grey's blood that Carl probably after. Annabelle is the only one who knows where Arch is. I don't know about Ethan, but he was probably someone who is related to the lamia or maybe he was a half like Grey is.. But i don't think he was Blair's child..
