Why are so many people so hung up on cheating. It is a plot device, this is fiction. People get so hung up on having a good person from the start, but if they’re perfect from the get-go, how will be get to enjoy any character growth? Better than the slop where the characters never grow and maintain insanity from start to finish. Sure, they don’t cheat, but they ignore consent, murder, gaslight, etc.
Please don’t misunderstand, I am not justifying cheating. However, there are worse character flaws and perhaps, the court of public opinion may deign to give bro a chance to redeem himself. Now, novel readers, if he keeps making the same mistakes, y’all have my blessing. I’m really just here for the discourse. XO
All of us has a pet peeve and mine is cheating in fiction or otherwise. If you cheat it's THE DEATH ROW FOR YOU(╯°Д °)╯╧╧ I'd rather have that character who's whole personality is fidelity then read the character development of a cheater（/TДT)/

I’m also biased. I love stories that live in emotional nuance and challenge my personal ideas of “right” and “wrong”, while forcing me to accept perspectives of people who may do some not so great things. Some things are easier for me to accept than others, similar to how you feel about cheating. ~<3
Amnesia? Wow…. Never seen that plot twist before… Maybe someone can just rattle his brain some more and his memories will came back. A well-deserved beating might do the trick. So annoyed that the author decided to take this route.
