*hirschchen - the name of the Restaurant means cute stag/male deer in German. It’s basically like saying „deer-chan“ in Japanese just more weird and less common. Not sure if that’s the supposed meaning or if it means something else in another language. It’s a super weird name for a restaurant. Especially since Americans won’t be able to pronounce it in any shape way or form.
Sorry to disappoint but you can’t hear the crashing of the waves near the haven of Rostock. It also does not really smell like the sea. Neither Rostock nor its haven are by the sea. The city is built around a river that then goes into the sea.
