I kind of just realized this but...I always thought “well Deku will be fine not matter what, because the entire premise of BNHA is that he’s telling the story from the future about how he became the greatest hero” but it’s possible Deku is telling this story from beyond the grave, or as a quirkless Deku or as a Deku that isn’t a pro hero. MAYBE he isn’t talking about a career, when he says “I became the greatest hero,” MAYBE he is talking about a MOMENT. This fight with Shigaraki could the moment he’s talking about, because if he saves everyone from someone powerful like Shigaraki using AFO and passing it on to another generation of villains, something not even All Might or Nana was able to do—then maybe that specific moment is what makes him the greatest hero...
So people are saying Kuramoto didn't cheat because he broke it off with Reiji before finding Masato, but in the prequel, specifically on Ch1 pg 13 Reiji says: "While I was abroad expanding my career, my lover fell in love with another guy who is much younger than me. I couldn't bring myself to break off their relationship even though I have the right to." The two of them resolved it later and each have new lovers but Kuramoto definitely cheated on Reiji with Masato.

Probably the purest Harada story that's ever been done, but still packs that Harada punch at the end. A masterpiece.
