I have just realised I have less than 8 weeks till exam month so quitting reading bls until then. (Screen time may be 8 hours on mangago..?)

I know it’s kind of ironic that I’m asking this on a site made for this but I genuinely think it’s taken over my life. My binge reading usually comes back BAD around exam season.
During November I had important exams and so I decided to binge three 80+ chapter bls in 3 days. I have exams for 2 weeks again and this Friday i started a bl and binged it until Sunday morning.
I don’t know how to stop this. Even if it’s a temporary solution I don’t mind, I just need to get rid of this addiction until after July. It’s affecting my social life and academic life HORRIBLY.
What are you guys advice? I’ve tried a lot of advice and none of them have worked.
