I devoted an hour at the end each day to work out. I only promise to do it for 15 mins., and if I go over that time limit it’s whatever. My mental health and emotional state have been so stable. I highly recommend. reply
as someone with lots of hobbies, I do anything that I can. I write it on my journal, I paint how I feel, I sketch shit. I make a story abt them getting hit by a truck or listen to slutty songs cuz it helps me forget why I was even crying reply
Having a good cry session then watching cat/dog videos. Or listening to old jazz albums while cooking/baking. Also highly recommend quitting caffeine if you are sensitive, it worked wonders for me. reply
I write every single thought in my journal. It helps me reflect and see where my thoughts were clouded and what areas of myself I should work on. It also removes the weight off my chest. reply
I go to my room and I suck it up by imagining someone else in the room looking at me it would embarrass me and make me stop crying immediately. Plus whenevr I get into a fight with my parents i curse at them (in my room alone) and start thinking of ways the fight could be due to my mistake. Sleeping, a good sleep really fixes me, maybe because many times you start having too many thoughts and you need a break. After a good sleep my mind becomes clearer and more rational.
Cooking and eating my favourite food really helps me a lot.
Writing down what you are feeling in any words possible is also helpful.
