I have watched over 150 animes and none of them made me cry until I saw the 24th ep of Vinland Saga. It is such a good show I binged the whole thing in one night, brought me back to when I first watched AoT. Ooooh the love I have for this show so same I am waiting for the second season as well but I read it was delayed cus of covid and will come out end of 21/ early 22. What is animated now is only the epiloge so I am starting the manga very soon

I don't know if mine is just- strict or controlling or protecting or don't trust me at all...
Just wanted to share my feelings as it is bottled up inside me.. I was somewhat extrovert during my teenage days and my mom always use to restrict me going to my friends house or hanging out with my friends and was not allowed to make male friends.. And I was able hangout with my friends hardly 2-3 times a month... And I had to come home within 4pm and if it is past 4pm my mom use to call me 100 of times.. If i missed any call by mistake,, i get scolded.. Same in my birthdays also.. Once when I was 16yr I used to chat with a guy from fb and we exchanged numbers,, he was from same hometown.. But we haven't meet once cause he was studying in different place.. And my mom caught me and she scold that guy and me too and also beaten me.. And now I'm 22 and studying far from home,, now also if I missed calls she doubt me saying "are you doing bad stuffs" even if i don't pick up her call in one ring she nags me saying I'm doing something bad.. Now I'm in last yr of my medical degree.. I just wonder why she can't trust me.. It's not easy to pass every yr if im doing something wrong with my life.. Im just frustrated.. So I stopped hanging out with my friends coz who the hell comes home before 4pm in my age.. And lastly i lost friends eventually or you can say I isolated myself from my friends coz what they plan or does I can't join them.. And seeing their pic makes me somewhat jealous.. And now i became totally introvert.. I don't hate this life.. But I sometimes cry alone thinking about this... Sorry it was along story but if you make upto this.. Thank you....

Well, your mother is doubting her own education. It's pretty sad cause her doubts/ lack of trust has impacted your childhood/teenagehood and it still impacts your adult life. You're 22 now, you can't continue like this. You have to talk to her about your feelings.
If it was me I would have cut ties with her and her toxic behaviour.
