IDK if there's a function of that here but you could subscribe to the scanlator group site that works on your favorite manga o.O

there isn't a function like that on this site. mangareader, mangapanda,mangainn and mangahere are ones that I know of that do that. on this site, make an account and put either "i'm reading" or "i already read" to get updates on the manga that you are reading. the next day, a notification will appear (the bell icon) and shows you the mangas that you read that have updated from the pervious day.

Actually when your manga in 'Reading' or 'Read'. are updated, you'll get notification from mangago.
Just notice at the lil horn on the top right corner.

So the first priority for new member is marking all manga you follow into 'Reading' or 'Read'. (▰˘◡˘▰)

Tha one's dangerous though because i never get to do it fast cuz i ended up rereading the manga practically every time, ugh
