Okay so my theory about the meaning behind this is something about her being molested. It starts pretty simple to understand, her mother had left and now she lives with the wolf, her dad/uncle which at first raises her normally, but after she became a teenager he started looking at her sexually (possibly acts sexually) and it really creeps her out and makes her feel dehumanized.
