I'm tearing up a little. It's a pity it's only 13 chapters, but it was worth it. I just love that Arisu still hasn't forgotten about his friends from way back. It's so heartbreaking but so heartwarming. A single goodbye and that took me back to the journey I went on when he was in the prequel. I feel fufilled. BTW there's a kdrama of this! I watched S1, tbh it was a bit of a disappointment but still worth the watch. I love Imawa no Kuni no Alice so much, my favourite manga for sure.

shivers. literal shivers. When MC said he has a 'mountain of regrets', I thought about him at the start of the prequel and his journey throughout. He has honestly been through so much, so to see him mature and finally find ultimate happiness is just fufilling for me. I feel sort of bad for the docter, it's tough for anyone to have to change their mindset from "I did this to survive" to "I could've done this instead" as that means that he could've saved the lady and everyone else. Well, the Borderland games are like this.

I was waiting for Arisu's big brain moment and expected nothing less. His thinking process is coherent to the first manga, as his tactical prowess comes from putting himself in the shoes of his opponent, i.e the game itself. We now are going to catch a glimpse of the doctor's past, perhaps this will explain to use why he is so determined to live, but then again, even with the lack of some life changing incident, who isn't?
Guys, you forget that Akane doesn't actually know that Ai was Aqua's mother, so she doesn't know the severity of her actions. From the start of the manga, it has already been established that idols can be fake to please their fans. I don't think Akane has done anything wrong yet. It's a bit weird to replicate a past idol, yes, but not something that completely makes Akane bad. Still, it does seem that this may not turn out too well of course, nothing good comes out of trying to be a carbon copy of someone else. You guys forget that Akane just went through something very hard and probably traumatic as well if it will push her to the brink of suicide. Also, for the record, I ship Arima x Aqua ~
This is my favourite manga right now, so glad it has it's well deserved 9.8 rating! And it's going to have an anime adaptation, hopefully it will finally have it's chance in the limelight. I cannot describe how much I love this manga! Easily binge worthy, I've cried several times throughout reading this. Rereading for the 4th time and still never get's old or boring. Definately reccommend this to anyone!!
